Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped out promptly.

Shipping Methods

  • Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx for standard shipping. The estimated delivery time is 10-15 business days after shipment. The shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. The estimated delivery time is 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery Areas

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Please check our website for more details on shipping restrictions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returned within 15 days of receiving the item.

Note: Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

  • Women’s Sports Bras
  • Women’s Gym Leggings & Running Leggings

Returns & Exchanges Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the provided address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the new item to you once we receive and process the returned item. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by Sporty Life Shop.
